2010 Spring Soccer Registration

Please type WAIT LIST on the Subject Line so we I can get these to the correct Commissioner ASAP.  If we can place you on a team you will be contacted immediately.

 The info I will need is:

Players Name

Male/Female?

Date of Birth

 

Registration ENDS Jan. 31st. Season will start Feb. 27th.

Coaches will begin contacting all players after Feb. 10th.

Attached are the forms if you would like to print them and fill out in advance.

You will also be required to fill out a medical release form.
Finally you must agree and sign the Zero Tolerance Policy that NBYSA has in effect.
