RECPlus PROGRAM

NB Ajax RecPlus will begin the week of February 24. The RecPlus program is for the individual player that wants insight into NB Ajax and a desire to train more often. RecPlus is geared towards individual technical training and is in addition to your NBYSA training. The program is free of charge to registered NBYSA players, U-5 to U10.

Throughout the training sessions we will focus on these basic skills for the individual player:

  • Agility -Dribbling (4 parts to the foot
  • Laces, Inside, Outside, and Sole)
  • Attacking Principles via 1v1, 2v1 and 2v2
  • Defending Principles via 1v1, 2v1 and 2v2

Each session will run as follows depending on the session planned:

  • 1-hour session
  • 20-30 min of agility and skills work
  • 20-25 min of small-sided games (1v1, 2v1, 2v2, *One Two Soccer*)

The 10-week program for the Spring 2020 will be on the following days. Each session will be co-ed. Please make sure to register!

  • Week 1: Mon 2/24 & Wed 2/26 (6:30-7:30 PM)
  • Week 2: Mon 3/2 & Wed 3/4 (6:30-7:30 PM)
  • Week 3: Mon 3/9 & Wed 3/11 (6:30-7:30 PM)
  • Week 4: Mon 3/16 & Wed 3/18 (6:30-7:30 PM)
  • Week 5: Mon 3/23 & Wed 3/25 (6:30-7:30 PM)
  • Week 6: Mon 3/30 & Wed 4/1 (6:30-7:30 PM)
  • Week 7: Mon 4/6 & Wed 4/8 (6:30-7:30 PM)
  • Week 8: Mon 4/13 & Wed 4/15 (6:30-7:30 PM)
  • Week 9: Mon 4/20 & Wed 4/22 (6:30-7:30 PM)
  • Week 10: Mon 4/27 & Wed 4/29 (6:30-7:30 PM)
