Are you interested in playing Inter League soccer?  NBYSA will be holding Open Tryouts for Inter League players/teams.  Bellow you will find more information about our open tryouts. Please note that all players interested in trying out must fill out the google doc applications and fill out a waiver form. 

Tryouts will be on the following dates:

Friday August 7th - Boys

6PM-7:15PM (u11 and u12)

7:30PM-8:45PM (u13+)

Saturday August 8th - Girls

6 PM-7:15 PM (u11 and u12)

7:30 PM-8:45 PM (u13+)
 

Tryout Process:

Returning Teams will be grouped together and New Players will be grouped together. This will help with evaluations for the new players.

Google Doc will help us narrow down who is going for a specific team and who needs to be placed. (In my opinion, we should provide a development approach for players that do not get placed.)

We will run the session very similar to the way we have been doing training out at Weston. Players will stay in their same groups for the entire session. The session will include technical, and Small Sided games (no more than 3v2)

We need to communicate rosters in a uniform manner. I would recommend coaches submitting their rosters. This will include returning players and players that specifically listed a team for tryouts. Players that do not list a team will be contacted by us to assure communication. If players do not get added to a team, we need to reach out about alternatives to help develop the player.
 

Players:

Wear shinguards and long socks. Bring a ball and water. Provide your own hand sanitizer for before and after training.

Please make sure you are registered and have the waiver necessary to participate. We can not allow anyone to participate without the signed waiver.
